I belonged to an archery club of my university. We had spring camp and summer camp every year, and we trained in teams. As a team leader, I designed the team T-shirt in the summer camp in my third year when I served as an executive of the club and a member of the standing committee of the athletic club society of the university.
Every executive of the club served as a team leader in the camp, and every team was named after the team leader's title. My team was named "standing committee (member)" that is Johnin in Japanese.
As mentioned in Raid Wind Shield, English only looks cool in Japan and people do not care what it means. When I designed this T-shirt, I did not think I would use English in the future and did not care about English. I admit that the text on the T-shirt does not make many sense.
